Website Pricing
A lot goes into a website.
Few things to think about… domain name, website hosting, email addresses, payment processing, scheduling, syncing across apps, e-commerce, and more.
At Mullins Media Co. we designed our packages to be as straight forward and simple as possible. If you allow us to handle it all, you have one monthly payment and you never have to worry about your domain name expiring, updating plugins, downtime, maintenance, coding, and more.
However, unlike some website developers, once you pay for your site, it is YOURS, we will not hold it hostage or make you commit to us forever. If you want to move away from us, you are able to take over the management of all the services.
Hosting & domain name- $55 monthly
Every website has a host and a domain name.
Your domain name is the address or name that you type in the address bar.
Hosting is where the actual content is stored.
For our $55 a month base package, we can check on your site, make sure everything is functioning, and we even do small updates. You get up to one hour of editing time monthly. We can switch out a photo, add a staff member, change some text, etc… We also handle registering your domain name and keeping it secure and running strong.
SEO - $750 monthly
Search Engine Optimization (SEO). If you would like customers to find you on Google, you should choose this package. Your site gets our attention every week and we are constantly working to increase your rankings on Google. You get monthly reports with your site’s rankings and we strategize with you on the best way to move forward. We can even create and publish blogs for you.
Selling Options - Pick One
We LOVE setting up e-commerce stores and helping you make more money with your business! You are even able to sell straight through Facebook and Instagram!! To sell products online, there is an ADDITIONAL cost, so these prices are added ON TOP of your your hosting fee.

I’m not selling anything!
$50/month
Option One: For an additional $50 a month (on top of hosting) we can setup your site to sell services, products, online courses, or whatever else you offer.
$100/month
Option Two: $100 a month on top of hosting you get everything in option one PLUS you can sell subscriptions and do automatic billing. This is great if you have reoccurring clients that you want to bill every month automatically.
But wait, there’s more!
We also offer several add-ons to our website packages. Depending on how we built your custom website package, these add-ons may or may not be included for the first year. Below you will find the pricing to keep these services active beginning a year after launch.
Custom Email Address
$10/month
If you would like us to create an email address that matches your website, we can create those for for you. The email address will be hosted / accessed through gmail, but would be @yourwebsite.com.
Members Only Area
$30/month
We can create a members only area on your website that houses exclusive content for paying members. This can be video content, blogs, or anything else. Your members will have a username and password that is unique to them and only works while they are members.
Scheduling
$30/month
We can build scheduling into your website (using a program called Acuity) where your clients will be able to book appointments or services straight on your site… automatically! Payments are done online, there are automatic reminder emails / texts sent to your clients, you can share the calendar with your staff, offer coupon codes, and so much more!
If we built scheduling / appointments into your page, you will be charged $30 a month for that service.
Email Marketing
$25/month
If you would like automatic email responses to your form submissions or you would like to do email marketing, you can! It’s all in one place in your Squarespace account. We are also more than happy to discuss how we can handle email marketing for you!

Headshots
Professional headshots are a MUST for any website and business. These are simple photos taken in our studio and take about 30 minutes max.

Highlight Video
This video is recorded at one location of your choice and should take less than an hour to film. The video is then edited into a two to five minute video. These are often welcome videos, highlight videos, testimonial videos, or any other short marketing video.

Branding Photoshoot
This photoshoot differs from headshots because we incorporate your business. We can shoot at a location of your choice and we use props and potentially other people. We try and tell the story of your business though photos. These sessions last about an hour and produce content for your website and social media.
Small Updates and Edits
Small updates & edits are $55 an hour - tracked and billed Monthly
Once you are 100% happy with your website, we launch it (Yayyyy!!!)
Any edits or updates requested after launch will be billed monthly at $55 an hour (one hour minimum)
We are also more than happy to show you how to make simple edits. The website is yours, we will not hold it hostage.
Additional Designs and Larger Changes
Any new design is $115 an hour - tracked and billed Monthly
The difference between a small update and a new design is who on our team completes the task. We have several team members who can swap out a photo, add text, and even duplicate existing pages and sections. However, if you want a brand new design or page, we highly recommend having our dedicated web designer complete the design in order to make sure it is on brand, functions well on a website, and looks professional.
