Introducing 60-second highlight videos, shot horizontally or vertically, for realtors! Stand out and show your face on social media with captivating videos showcasing the best features of your properties. Perfect for sharing on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, our videos are optimized for social media and designed to create a lasting impression on potential buyers and future sellers!
Our highlight videos are shot and edited to be no longer than 60 seconds. If you would like to show your face (you should), we can include an introduction and closing from you. Create a personalized touch by showcasing your expertise and engaging with potential buyers.
If you prefer a short and sweet video without being in it, we can do that too! This service offers options to create an engaging highlight video that focuses solely on showcasing the property's best features. We can even include some drone shots!
If you want to enhance your highlight video, we can add eye-catching graphics that emphasize the best parts and features of your home!

WIDE SHOTS
Wide shots are the most common shots in real estate. With a super wide and distortion free lens, our photographers can show entire rooms in one frame. These shots make rooms look large and open. Wide shots are ideal for quickly getting a good feel of a house.
DETAIL SHOTS
When shooting details, our photographers use a lens that is more zoomed in, this means they are able to be more selective with what is shown. Detail shots usually appear more “artsy” than the wide shots. If you would like detail photos, let our photographers know and they will be happy to add them on to the shoot for free!

360 TOURS
360 tours, also called 3D scans, iGuide Tours, Matterport tours, Zillow 3D Tours - These are becoming more and more popular and sellers are noticing what realtors offer them as a part of their marketing package. Serving your client by allowing us to scan their house sets you apart from other realtors and really makes you stand out. Zillow showcases homes with 3D tours and social media LOVES 360° content. Let potential buyers see the house as if they were actually in it. These scans also allow us to create floor plans with measurements! We use a service and software called Matterport. Because we pay for each “space” monthly, our homes are only available online for ONE month after shooting. If you would like your house to live online longer than one month, there is a $10 a month fee. We can only scan one structure at a time, we can not include detached garages / apartments / workshops / etc… Each structure must be a separate scan.

At Mullins Media Co., we are always searching for ways to improve YOUR experience by serving you and making your job as easy as it can be. We are now offering free floorplans with measurements on every job so that potential buyers can see the size of each room and get an idea of how a home flows. You can also leave your tape measure at home and simply reference the measurements to verify square footage!
DRONE FLYTHROUGH TOUR
We have been licensed drone pilots for years but now we are bringing our drones INSIDE. We have custom built micro drones specifically to fly inside your homes! Not only does this offer a great perspective, but it is eye catching and makes people stop scrolling and pay attention to you and your homes. Great for showing off larger homes or homes with multiple acres / out buildings.

Because larger homes take more time & attention, our pricing is based on the finished square footage of the home, with the minimum price being $199. We schedule more time with larger homes.
All packages include shots of the inside and outside of the home, as well as aerial drone shots of the home and land.

Homes can be shot almost any day of the week, edited photos are sent to you ready to upload to the MLS within 24 hours (Shoots on Friday are typically delivered Monday morning unless rush fee is included)

3D Tour
We use our 360 cameras to scan the interior of a property and create a floorplan with images that potential buyers can navigate. We can do Matterport 360 tours, or another form of 360 tour from Iguide. 360 Tours are not to be confused with videos or drone-created content. If we create the 360 tour on Matterport, the tour will be online for one month and the cost is $10 a month to keep the tour active. If we create the tour using iguide, there is no additional cost to keep the 360 tour online.

Floor plan
Floor plans allow potential buyers to see the size of the rooms along with the flow of the house. Not only are these floor plans great for potential buyers, they save YOU time by giving you measurements!! This is a great way to verify square footage and avoid bring your tape measurer!

Highlight Video
We will film a 60-second vertical highlight video of the interior and exterior of the home. We will incorporate music, a title, and can even add a voiceover if you provide a text script. This price does not include any people in the video but realtor walkthrough videos are available at an additional cost.

Drone Flythrough Tour
We will fly our custom mico drone outside and INSIDE your home! This gives a great perspective and really grabs people’s attention. Flying our drone is dependent on weather and may not be available for all homes at all times according to our discretion. -

Off Hours & Rush Fee
If you need a house shot after 4pm or on the weekend, there is a $100 off hours fee. You can also pay a rush fee in order to get your photos back the same day that we shoot them!

Additional Time
We allowed 15 minutes for every 500sqft. Homes that require more than the allotted time may have a $50 fee. This might include a home with a lot of acreage we have to walk or perhaps we have to move an excessive amount of clutter. The house not being 100% ready when we arrive may also cause us to go over time.

Animations
We can add eye catching call-outs and animations to either our drone videos or highlight videos! This is a great way to show off and draw attention to certain items like granite countertops, hardwood floors, 12ft ceilings, etc…

NEED VIDEO CONTENT?
We offer walkthrough tour packages! A quick 3 minute walkthrough video tour is ideal for getting that potential home buyer to schedule an in person tour. Having a video to assist buyers in forming a more complete picture of the home saves everyone time by helping screen people from scheduling an in person tour that might not even be interested.
