Pricing

Let’s talk pricing. If we take a single photo, or record one second of video, the minimum cost is $250. We bill by the hour and round up to the full hour. This pricing includes one photographer / videographer.

This pricing is to give you an idea of our typical pricing. This is not a guarantee. Pricing can change depending on the specific project. This pricing is for commercial work, for Real Estate or headshots.

Photos

$250

Photos are pretty straight forward. We charge $250 an hour and you receive an online downloadable gallery with the edited image.

Video

Basic Video RECORDING
(editing is priced separate)

$250/ hr

Includes:

  • One microphone.

  • Includes “normal” outdoor drone video.

  • Includes shooting the video but not editing.

  • Complete & approved storyboard / script required.

  • Natural light only.


    (does not include a finished project)

Basic Video EDITING
(shooting is priced separate)

This price includes adding music and/or using recorded audio.
Does not include animation or advanced editing.

30 seconds or less video commercial - $150

Between 30 seconds and 5 minutes - $250

Longer than 5 minutes –  custom pricing available

Professional lighting - $500 a day
Multiple Microphones - $150 a piece
Advanced Editing / Animation - $250 an hour
Virtual Planning / Scripting / Storyboarding - $150 an hour

Photo & Video

If you need both photo and video for the same project, our pricing stays at $250 an hour, you just pay for the edited videos like normal. Remember that only one videographer / photographer is included with our pricing so photographing and recording the same event at the same exact time might not be possible without another person. An additional photographer / videographer is $250 an hour.

Audio only

includes 30 seconds of edited audio for radio commercials.

FPV drone

FPV drone operating is a very specialized and difficult skill to master. FPV stands for first person view, which means we wear goggles to see a live feed of the drone’s camera. Any drone flown inside or close to people / buildings is almost always an FPV drone. These videos can be very dynamic, engaging, and entertaining. Audio design must be recorded and added separately (or else you will only hear the drone motors / props)

Use of Atelier studio

The use of our studio is not included with the above pricing unless written permission is given.

 Matterport

360 scan

$100 add on to any service or $250 for just the matterport scan.
PLUS $10 a month for every month you want the 360 tour to be live online.

  Custom Pricing and packages – If you would like multiple services or you use us multiple times a year, then there is discounted pricing available.
